Pâté-Croûte American Finale
Charcuterie masters will make history this fall, facing off in the United States for the chance to win a spot in the finals of the World Championship of Pâté-Croûte, to be hosted in December by the renowned French winery M. Chapoutier in Tain-L’Hermitage, France.
This is the eighth year of the World Championship, but never before has the Confrérie du Pâté Croûte brought the competition onto American soil to determine one of the finalists. The Pâté Croûte American Finale will take place October 24 at 7 p.m. at the Consulate General of France in New York City.
