In the July issue, Decanter unveils its list of top Rhone values, “50 delicious reds to drink now,” as the magazine puts it. And the outstanding M Chapoutier Les Meysonniers Crozes-Hermitage 2014 is on the list at No. 22. Here’s the tasting note from Decanter:
Smokey, peppery rose with appetising flashes of vivid black berries. Nicely textured, supple palate with pure black fruit enlivened by fresh acidity and light tannins. Remarkably fruit with decent length.
